How fast do I see my website?
A finished demo of your site and your content app is ready in 1 day, built with your real Google reviews, photos and service area. It stays online for 10 days at a private address, free, with no obligation.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars with a 6-month minimum.
What does “one company per trade per city” mean?
While your plan is active, we do not build or promote a site for another business in your trade in your city. If you are the painter we serve in Fort Lauderdale, we will not take on a second Fort Lauderdale painter; the same goes for cleaners, salons, restaurants and any other trade. The city is written into your agreement.
What is the 10-day guarantee?
Your site goes live within 10 days of you approving the demo and giving us access to your domain’s DNS settings. If we miss that, your first month is free.
Who owns my domain?
You do. You register it in your own account and only point a record at us. If you ever leave, the domain stays yours.
Can I cancel?
Plans have a 6-month minimum. If you leave earlier, the remaining months up to month six are due. After month six you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
Will this put me first on Google?
No one can honestly promise a position on Google, and we do not. We build the things that help you be found and recommended: a fast, mobile-friendly site, accurate business details, structured data, clear answers to the questions customers ask, and a complete Google Business Profile. Results depend on your market and competition.
Do you run my ads or post for me?
No. We do not run paid ads and we do not post on your behalf. On the Automatic plan we deliver ideas, carousels and a video every Monday, and you decide what to publish.
Is there an AI chatbot on my site or replies to my customers?
No. Your website has no chat bot and nothing answers your customers for you. Quote requests come straight to you. The WhatsApp assistant in the Automatic plan is for you, the owner, not for your customers.
How do I pay?
By card, in US dollars, through Stripe. You accept the terms at checkout and are billed monthly. You can update your card or cancel (after the minimum) from the customer portal.
Which languages do you work in?
Your site is in English, with Spanish or Portuguese added on request. We talk to you in English or Portuguese, whichever you prefer.
Who owns my photos and content?
You do. Your photos, logo, reviews and brand stay yours. You give us permission to use them to build and run your site and content.
